How Loyalty PawPoints Work:

$1 spent = 1 point earned

PawPoints equal the number of whole dollars spent (before taxes) and points automatically round down. For example, $1.75 = 1 point.

Easy Sign Up

To begin earning PawPoints:

Provide full name and valid phone number, which becomes your unique customer ID
Point earning begins once you make your first purchase
One account per customer

Important Note: please use the same contact information each time you shop in-store or online, so that your unique customer ID is linked to your account that is earning PawPoints.

Redeeming Your Points

PawPoints earn a $10 dollars-off the purchase subtotal each time you reach reward status
To redeem a dollars-off reward, purchase subtotal must be $25.00 or more
PawPoints are applied to your in-store and/or online purchases automatically

Tracking Your Loyalty PawPoints

Once enrolled, you will receive a link to complete your registration via text message, so it is important to provide a valid mobile phone number. Once you have completed your registration, you can view and track your point balance on you phone or login to your customer account.

PawPoint Membership Program

PawPoints cannot be combined with any other offers such as sales, discounts, specials, promotions, coupons, credits, gift cards or Frequent Buyer Programs.
One-time-reward SMS promotions are subject to conditions and product eligibility.

Frequent Buyer Program

Free product will be awarded upon or after purchase of your 12th product purchase.
Purchases must be completed within a 12 - 24 month period (depending on vendor rules) from first product purchase.
Free product value is based on the lowest selling price of participating products as set forth by vendor.
The entitlement to free product has no cash value.
All returned items will be deducted from your total.
Frequent Buyer Program cannot be combined with any other offers such as sales, discounts, specials, promotions, coupons, credits or gift cards.
Sample size bags are not eligible.
You cannot combine Frequent Buyer Cards from other locations.
Frequent Buyer Cards are one per person, per household.
