How PawPoints Work:

$1 spent = 1 point earned

PawPoints equal the number of whole dollars spent (before taxes) and points automatically round down. For example, $1.75 = 1 point. 

Easy Sign Up

To begin earning PawPoints:

• Initial sign-up begins in store at the register 
• Provide full name and valid phone number, which becomes your unique customer ID
• Point earning begins once you make your first purchase
• One account per customer

Important: Please use the same contact information each time you shop in store or online, so that your unique customer ID is linked to your account that is earning PawPoints.

Redeeming Your Points

• PawPoints earn $10 dollars-off a purchase subtotal each time you reach reward status
• To redeem dollars-off rewards, purchase subtotal must be $25.00 or more
• PawPoints are applied to your in-store and/or online purchases automatically

Tracking Your PawPoints

Tracking PawPoints is accessible on mobile devices only. Once enrolled, you will receive a link to complete your registration via text message, so it is important to provide a valid cell phone number. Once you have completed your registration, you can view and track your point balance on you phone or login to your customer account. 

Terms and Conditions

• PawPoints cannot be combined with any other offers such as sales, discounts, specials, promotions, coupons, credits, gift cards, Astro Offers, Specialty or Frequent Buyer Programs.
• One-time-reward SMS promotions are subject to conditions and product eligibility.
